How long will it take to get my gear?
Good vibes take time! Every piece is exclusively custom-made to order. We need 3-4 days to print and prep your gear, plus 4-14 days for transit. You can expect your package to arrive in about 7-18 business days. Just in time for your next fest!
How do I track my order?
The second your gear leaves our facility, we’ll shoot an email your way with a tracking link. You can keep an eye on its journey all the way to your front door.
I made a mistake! Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast! You have exactly a 2-hour window from the time you place your order to hit us up for any address changes or cancellations. Once those 2 hours are up, your order is automatically pushed to our printing facility. At that point, the magic has already started, and we can no longer make changes. Please double-check your automated confirmation email right away!
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We’ve got your back! If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with some clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily hook you up with a free replacement. No bad trips here!

How do I wash my gear to keep the colors vibrant?
Treat it right, and it’ll survive endless festivals! Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle. Hang dry only! Never use bleach or iron directly on the print.
