Welcome to our Shipping Guide! We know you're eagerly awaiting your new festive outfits. For transparency and ease, all product prices listed on our website include applicable sales tax. Please review the order processing times below.

Custom Made (Order by Order)

We do not source mass-produced items from stock. Each garment is printed, cut, and sewn individually for you.

To ensure vibrant designs and premium quality, our team needs 4 to 8 business days to complete the production and quality control stages.

When will I receive my tracking number?

To avoid confusion, we will only email you a USPS tracking link approximately 4-8 days after your item has passed final quality control and been handed over to the shipping carrier. After receiving this email, please allow up to 48 hours for the USPS system to update the initial scan information.

Estimated Delivery Time (USA)

We partner with leading logistics providers, with all domestic deliveries ultimately handled by USPS.

Production Phase: 4 - 8 business days

Shipping Phase: 3 - 10 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 18 business days from the time of purchase.

Delivery Protection

We are committed to delivery times. While we continuously track outgoing packages, rare carrier issues can still occur. If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, it is considered lost in transit. If this happens, we will immediately intervene and provide a full refund or free replacement.

Unexpected Delays

Please understand that certain events may sometimes extend delivery times beyond our initial estimates. These events include:

Severe weather events or natural disasters.

Unexpected postal network disruptions.

Peak seasons (such as winter holidays).

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. We assume no responsibility for orders that are lost, misdelivered, or returned due to an invalid, incorrect, or partial address provided at checkout.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Because our production process is fast, you only have 2 hours after payment is completed to request size changes, update your delivery address, or cancel your order.

After 2 hours, your order will be locked into the printing phase and no further changes will be possible. Please double-check your delivery information before payment, as we cannot replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
